    I had a negative service experience at this chemist and will not be returning. A middle-aged female staff member was rude to me, not only laughing at me but doing so in a loud voice to other staff and customers - which was humiliating enough - but then proceeding to speak to me as if I were a child. I left the store feeling embarrassed, degraded and quite angry. I sincerely hope staff receive training in better customer service at this location. I hate to think of how this woman must treat other people with more sensitive conditions than my own.
